  1. Services Provided: We offer educational services including, but not limited to, tutoring, coaching, and preparation programs in various subjects. These services may be delivered in-person at our center in Gudalur or online via digital platforms.

  2. Enrollment and Payment: To enroll in our programs, students must complete the registration process and make the required payments. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Payments must be made in advance for the programs to commence.

  3. Student Responsibilities: Students must maintain regular attendance and actively engage in their educational programs. Failure to attend classes without prior notice may result in termination of services.

  4. Use of Materials: All educational materials provided by TheUplad Edu Services are the intellectual property of the institution and should not be reproduced or shared without explicit permission.

  5. Privacy and Confidentiality: We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all personal data provided by students and will not disclose information to third parties without the student's consent, except as required by law.

  6. Limitation of Liability: TheUplad Edu Services is not liable for any damages, loss of data, or personal injury that may result from using our services.

  7. Modification of Terms: We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the updated terms will be effective immediately upon posting.

  8. Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
